1. Account Registration
To use Scelar, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Scelar to:
- Generate platforms that violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Create content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes on the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary systems
- Resell or redistribute generated platforms as a competing service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain ownership of all content, prompts, and data you provide to Scelar.
Generated code: Code generated by Scelar is owned by you. You have full rights to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize it. When you export your code, it is entirely yours.
Our platform: Scelar's platform, AI models, documentation, and branding remain our intellectual property.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us within 14 days of purchase
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will communicate planned outages in advance when possible.
6. Limitation of Liability
Scelar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Scelar after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
